AI governance
Also: KI-Steuerung
The rules, roles and processes a company uses to steer and control its use of AI.
AI governance defines who approves AI applications, how risks are assessed, which data may be used, how results are monitored and who is responsible when problems arise.
It does not have to be bureaucratic: for small businesses a clear policy, a register of tools in use and one responsible person are often enough.
