Last updated: 12 October 2026
This privacy policy explains how we process personal data when you visit aisystem.ch or contact us. It is based on the Swiss Federal Act on Data Protection (FADP). We process as little data as possible.
1. Controller
AISystem, Hüttenwiesstrasse 9, 9016 St. Gallen, Switzerland
Email: contact@aisystem.ch
Full operator details: legal notice
2. Visiting the website
When you access our website, your browser automatically transmits technical information, such as IP address, date and time, requested page, referrer, browser and operating system. Our server needs this data to deliver the website, to keep it secure and stable and to detect misuse. It may be recorded briefly in server logs and is not combined with other data or used to identify you.
3. Cookies and tracking
We do not use cookies, analytics or tracking tools, advertising networks or social media plugins. We do not create user profiles. That is why this website does not show a cookie banner.
The typeface (Inter) is hosted on our own server; no connection to Google Fonts or other font services is made. We also do not embed any external content such as videos or maps. Should this ever change, we will update this policy beforehand and, where required, ask for your consent.
4. Contact form and email
If you contact us via the form or by email, we process the data you provide (name, email address, message) solely to handle and answer your enquiry. The form sends your message as an email to contact@aisystem.ch; it is not stored in any other database. To protect against automated abuse, your IP address is held briefly in the server’s memory only and is not stored.
We keep enquiries for as long as necessary to deal with them and for any follow-up questions, and delete them when they are no longer needed, unless statutory retention obligations apply. We do not use your details for advertising.
5. Technical service providers
We use a service provider to operate the website and email communications. Personal data may therefore be processed in Germany, which the Swiss Federal Council recognises as providing an adequate level of data protection. The service provider processes data only on our behalf. We do not sell personal data or disclose it to third parties for their own purposes.
6. External links
The AI Tools overview and the AI Wiki link to websites of other providers. These links are ordinary links: no data is transmitted before you click. Once you follow a link, the privacy policy of the respective provider applies.
7. Data security
The connection to our website is encrypted with HTTPS. We take appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your data against loss and unauthorised access.
8. Your rights
Within the framework of the applicable data protection law, you have the right to:
- request information about the personal data we hold about you,
- have incorrect data corrected,
- have your data deleted or object to its processing,
- receive data you provided in a common electronic format, where applicable.
Simply write to contact@aisystem.ch. You may also lodge a complaint with the Federal Data Protection and Information Commissioner (FDPIC), Feldeggweg 1, 3003 Bern, Switzerland (www.edoeb.admin.ch).
9. Changes
We may amend this privacy policy if our website or the legal situation changes. The version published on this page applies. If there are differences between the language versions, the German version prevails.
