Which AI solutions does AI SYSTEM develop?
AI SYSTEM develops controllable AI agents, internal knowledge systems, document intelligence and custom AI applications. The focus is not a single model but a dependable workflow: suitable data sources, clear permissions, verifiable results and clean integration with existing business processes.

Which organisations are a good fit?
The services are primarily designed for Swiss businesses and organisations that want to improve a specific process. Strong starting points include recurring knowledge questions, manual document work, disconnected systems or tasks where employees currently have to gather information from several sources.

How does an AI project begin?
We start with the process, not the technology. Together we define the objective, users, data, access rights and success criteria. A limited pilot then uses real examples. Only when quality, security and value can be demonstrated is the solution integrated into existing systems and expanded step by step.

What is an AI agent, and how does it remain controllable?
An AI agent performs a clearly defined role, processes specified inputs and uses only approved tools. Critical actions require confirmation or approval. Logs, operating limits and explicit responsibilities keep the automation traceable and prevent it from becoming an uncontrolled black box.

Can existing systems and data sources be connected?
Systems such as Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, CRM and ERP platforms, databases or internal APIs can generally be considered. Whether an integration is useful and technically feasible depends on interfaces, data quality and permissions. These conditions are assessed together before implementation is confirmed.

How does AI SYSTEM handle confidential data?
Data is assessed according to its protection needs, and access is designed around least privilege. Depending on the requirements, we evaluate cloud, hybrid or local deployment. A specific architecture is recommended only after data flows, retention, provider terms and operational responsibilities have been reviewed transparently.
