AI systems that, under the EU AI Act, may pose significant risks to health, safety or fundamental rights.
These include AI used in recruitment, creditworthiness assessments, education, critical infrastructure or as a safety component of regulated products.
For such systems, the AI Act requires risk management, high-quality data, technical documentation, logging, transparency and human oversight, among other things.
