The numbers that determine how strongly the connections between neurons in a network act.
Weights make up most of a neural network’s parameters. They are adjusted during training; afterwards they effectively contain everything the model has learned.
When people talk about “open weights”, these are the files they mean: whoever has them can run the model themselves.
