Assigning the model a role or perspective, such as “You are an experienced tax adviser”.
A role helps the model choose appropriate terminology, depth and tone. It does not replace expertise, though: the role does not actually turn the model into an expert.
Concrete information about the audience, purpose and quality criteria is usually more effective than the role alone.
